We recently camped at Dicky Beach Holiday Park on the Sunshine Coast. The holiday park had a full size tennis court, children’s playground, modern amenities blocks and well set up camp kitchens. The park was adjacent shops and Dicky Beach. I booked a camp site only three days before arriving, and in the last week of school holidays. We recently stayed at the BIG4 Kingaroy Holiday Park. The description on their website is not as we saw it. We recently spent an enjoyable four days camping at Lake Ainsworth Holiday Park at Lennox Head in Northern New South Wales. The park featured a new amenities block, friendly staff and a great location next to Lake Ainsworth and Seven Mile Beach. We recently camped at Adder Rock Holiday Park on Stradbroke Island — or Straddie as the locals call it. While we were on Straddie, we took the opportunity to visit two other Straddie Holiday Parks, Cylinder Beach Holiday Park and Amity Point Holiday Park. We recently spent a couple of very enjoyable nights at the Pottsville North Holiday Park. This is a great family spot to stay with a swimming pool and children’s play equipment, but look elsewhere if you want an absolute beach front camp site. We chose the Pottsville North Holiday Park over the Pottsville South Holiday Park because the park has children’s play equipment and a pool.
